Review of KORUIT KT1034 Star Wars Stormtrooper Sith Trooper & Darth Vader

One thing that China minifigures makers good at were to follow the trend and make things that fans coveted for. KORUIT brought us seven Star Wars Troopers and Darth Vader in KT1034 series. What differentiate KORUIT offerings compared to other makers? Let found out from the review below. The photos were courtesy of Misao.

All the Troopers came with armors that had shoulder pad. We preferred to show the troopers without the armor though.

First look would be the Darth Vader. The Dark Lord with armor on. Also the rubbery cape snug him closely, giving menacing look.

Darth Vader without the armor. The face was typical of the Darth Vader.

Getting Ben Solo, aka Kylo Ren to try out grandpa’s cape. It fitted well! Kylo Ren minifigure wasn’t included.

Imperial Shock Trooper.

Wearing the armor with shoulder pad. Notice the belt on the armor with the small bumps.

Opss! no printing on the back of the shoulder. That’s mean when you army build the trooper, you can show the front and side but not the back.

Sith Trooper. This fella came with a oversize blaster.

Shock Trooper. The narrow visor printing made him look weird.

501st Clone Trooper. The visor was too narrow. Anakin won’t be pleased.

Stormtooper, the design didn’t follow LEGO especially for the legs.

First Order Stormtrooper. We still feel LEGO is the only one that get the helmet printing right.

First Order Executioner Trooper. Where is Finn for him to execute?

Armor with shoulder pad. Notice the bumps on the belt.

Blasters to collect. They are oversize compared to typical LEGO design.

The verdict for minifigures of this series, the printing wise weren’t the best that KORUIT had, if you benchmark against the Game of Thrones and the Lord of the Rings minifigures before. The plus are the armors and the blasters, though we prefer to leave out the armor. Imagine army build Sith Trooper who hold oversize blaster. You may order KORUIT KT1034 from Aliexpress.
