Reviews of WM Blocks WM6100 Non LEGO Minifigures of Wonder Woman 1984

Today we are taking a look at WM Blocks offerings of Wonder Woman Minifigures in LEGO form which is based on upcoming Wonder Woman 1984 movie. The WW84 movie release date was further delayed till Dec 24 2020. That doesn’t stop WM from taking design off the movie trailer and coming up with 8 minifigures. The Danish only has one set 76157 LEGO Wonder Woman vs Cheetah so far. You may order WM6100 WW84 minifigures from Aliexpress. The photos in this reviews are courtesy of BBJ and Veronica.

Reviews on WM WW84 Non LEGO Minifigures

WM starts putting logo on the packaging to differentiate itself from other makers such as KOPF, Koruit and POGO.

WM2048 Maxwell Lord

The supervillain in the WW84 movie. The body printing is crisp and detail, with printing on arms, front, side and back of the legs. No printing on side of the body but that doesn’t bother us.

WM2046 Steve Trevor

The love interests of Wonder Woman. Somehow he managed to come back to life in this movie.

WM2047 Barbara Minerva

Barbara in nice cheetah print outfit. This is the human form of “Cheetah”.

WM2045 Diana Prince

Diana Prince in casual outfit. Wider spacing for the facial expression is giving a weird look. There are visible flash bits on the hair piece.

Non LEGO Gal Gadot Minifigure

WM2041 Wonder Woman

This is one of the outfit in WW84 movie. There are 4 sides printing for body and legs. The arm is printed as well. The hair piece had visible molding lines. There is minor misalignment between the body and waist. A sword and a shield are included.

Non LEGO WW84 Minifigure

Side printing on the torso, though it looks disconnect with the curvy waist.

Very curvy waist line. Gal Gadot must had trained really hard for this role.

WM2044 Wonder Woman

A variant to WM2041 minifigure with similar issues.

3rd Party LEGO WW84 Wonder Woman Minifigure

Comparing the two Wonder Woman. WM2044 had two expression. Both had curvy printed waist line.

WM2042 Cheetah

Cheetah had excellent four side printing. The issues are the hair piece and tail with molding line and flashes. You could find molding line on the forehead as well.

The LEGO version didn’t came with the claws.

WM2043 Wonder Woman in Golden Eagle Armor

If you just want one minifigure from WM6100, this is the one you shall get. This is the star among the 8 figures. The design is superior to the Danish offering. WM is serious in minifigure business by spending money on new molding for the crest helmet, body armor and the pair of wings.

WM2043 figure in the bag with WM Blocks logo.

The figure and the armor pieces in the bag before assembled. The golden winged suit armors are spray painted in gold. The crest helmet had hair piece which is painted in brown.

The Lasso of Truth. It is spray painted gold.

The golden armor reminded us of the Saint Seiya minifig from POGO. However WM armor outshines in terms of qualify. Due to the golden paint coating, it’s harder to dislodge the helmet once it’s being put on. Also the armor may scratch the body painting on the minifigure if you put it on and off frequently.

A pair of golden wings with intricate details.

The minifigure came with two facial expressions, 4 sided printing except the side of the total.

Love the presentation of the chain armor on the arm.

Alternate expression but no extra hair piece to go with it. Just take any hair piece from other Wonder Woman minifig. Kudos to WM for excellent printing on the back and legs.

Comparison between WM Blocks and LEGO version. Which one do you prefer? WM made improvement to the Gold Eagle Armor design and the end look is closer to the one in the movie.

Summary of WM6100 WW84 Minifigures

We could see how hard WM Blocks is trying to please their customers. The golden eagle winged suit alone would require new molds for the helmet, body armor and a pair of wings. At the price point that WM is charging, we couldn’t expect quality of the 3rd party LEGO minifigure like Leyile. There are shortcoming like molding lines on the head and hair pieces. Still, we can’t help not to recommend getting this set of minifigures, thanks to excellent golden winged suit that Diana is putting on. You may order WM6100 WW84 minifigures from Aliexpress.

  1. As I said in another blog about minifigs, I am an HUGE WW fan…but not of the Golden Armour nor any of the modern comic incarnations of the character, being those the Kingdom Come one (absolute crap) or the uber-overrated and equally crappy George Perez run. Both of which were an inspiration behind the golden armour. I have several WW knockoff minifigs but yesterday I ordered the official 40’s WW minifig from ebay because for some strange reasons knockoffs, that usually produce models that Lego would never do (Hello Batman from Dark Knight of the Round Table!) never cared to do that version, the best one ever hands down. I paid action figure prices for it, but whatever. It was due time.
